Mainly known as split-toe boots, Regent Boot above decides to go a different way. They using U-Tip, instead of Y-Tip (split-toe).

Besides Y-Tip & U-Tip, #SagaraRegent can be made with cap-toe (w/ or w/o brogues), straight-tip, and plain toe. You can add a medallion too.
